Woolworths Scan&Go
The checkout journey is likely the most dreaded part of any visit to the supermarket.
However, it could soon become a thing of the past with Woolworths Scan&Go.
How could we make this transition seamless and enjoyable for our customers?
My Contributions
As a UX/UI designer, I was tasked with the testing and designing of an app and shopping experience that would enable customers to scan their items and skip the queues to enable a greater shopping experience.
Research
I have the exciting job of understanding behavior through customer testing. both in-store and in an office setting through various high fidelity prototypes to gain greater insights of customer behaviours.
